The aim of bachelor’s programme is to prepare graduates for practice in the judiciary, able to apply themselves as professionals in government and local authority instutions.

The graduate has knowledge of the history of state and law, Roman law, controls and mechanism of state authorities, application of legislative, executive and judicial powers. The graduate is also able to issue individual administrative acts in the public decision-making sector, regarding administrative and other regulations.

The graduates of the bachelor’s degree programme may perform their activities in the following positions:

1stlevel studies (bachelor’s)

- registrar
- bailiff
- assistant specialist in government institutions
- assistant specialist in regional and territorial self-governing units
