Gender Equality Plan
Part of the PEU vision of creating gender-balanced working and study conditions, as well as improving the quality of research and education, is the preparation of the PEU Gender Equality Plan. The PEU gender equality plan is based on a system of measures, the aim of which is to initiate such changes that lead to the creation of an open, supportive, inclusive and non-discriminatory environment for all employees, as well as for students of individual PEU faculties. The PEU gender equality plan represents a set of measures in four areas:
- Support of gender equality at the university and individual faculties
- Gender balance in management positions and career growth
- Integration of the gender dimension in research and education
- Non-discriminatory, safe and open environment
